We didn't set out to sell ghee. We set out to fix a broken promise — that the food you feed your family is exactly what the label says.
India loves ghee — and India's ghee is among its most adulterated foods. Walk any aisle and you'll find jars promising purity with nothing to back it up. We were tired of guessing. So we built the brand we wished existed: one that hands you the evidence.
We partnered with families in the Gir region who were already doing it right — by hand, the bilona way — and built the transparency layer around them: batch numbers, lab reports, and a record for every jar.
