The Gir Region
Where the cows came first.
The Gir forest of Gujarat gives its name to one of the world's most prized indigenous cattle breeds. Here, dairying isn't industrial — it's familial. Cows graze open scrubland at the forest's edge, are milked by hand, and are kept and loved long past their most productive years.
We chose this region not for marketing, but because the care here is real — and care is the only ingredient you can't fake.
