Quality Standards
The line we will not cross.
Quality isn't a department here — it's a refusal. These are the standards every batch must clear before it earns the Ghreetam name.
Sourcing
Only indigenous, grass-fed, free-grazed Gir cows from partner families. No crossbreeds, no industrial dairies.
Method
Curd-first bilona. We culture the milk, hand-churn the curd into butter, and never shortcut by extracting from cream.
Cooking
Slow-simmered on a gentle flame and bottled the same day it's made. No reheating, no long storage, no haste.
Testing
Every batch screened by an FSSAI-notified or NABL-accredited lab for adulteration, moisture, and authenticity.
Packaging
Airtight amber glass and plastic-free boxes that protect aroma and respect the planet.
Our Promise, Two Ways
What we always do — and never will.
Always
- One ingredient — pure A2 ghee
- A published lab report for every batch
- A named family behind every jar
- The same ghee we feed our own children
Never
- Vegetable oil, vanaspati, or any blending
- Artificial colour, flavour, or preservatives
- Cream-extraction shortcuts sold as bilona
- Anonymous, untraceable sourcing
- Releasing a batch that fails a single test
